Winnipeg Animal Services is exploring the idea of working with a local veterinary clinic to establish a satellite spay/neuter clinic out of their facility at 1057 Logan Avenue. Under the program, the clinic would have an experienced veterinarian and RVT to perform surgeries for dogs at the animal shelter a few days a week.
